Terms of Service

General Information

【1】I reserve the right to deny any Commission which would make me feel uncomfortable to do, as well as the right to deny any Commissions in response to aggressive or inappropriate behavior from the Commissioner.

【2】I reserve the right to post (or not post) Commissions, as well as to use them in my portfolio.

【3】I reserve the right to void a Commission if the payment is not received within the allotted time period to pay the invoice.

【4】I reserve all rights to the commissions I make, unless the Commissioner purchases exclusivity rights from me.

Prohibited Usage

  Commissioners are not permitted, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, to use any part of their commissions for:
【1】Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs)
【2】Training Generative AIs
【3】Any form of hate, crime, or illegal activity

Personal Use

  By default, Commissions are for PERSONAL USE only—they can be used for profile pictures and banners, but can NOT be used to make any profit. Commissioners are also not permitted to use any commission that was not made for them.

  Commissioners are also not allowed to make major edits, which include but are not limited to:
【1】Tracing
【2】Erasing a portion of the Commission
【3】Removing my Watermark

Expanded Usage

  Commissioners are able to purchase expanded usage rights, allowing them to use their Commissions commercially and obtain exclusive rights to the artwork.

Non-Disclosure Agreement

  Commissioners can pay for silence from the artist, in which the Artist cannot post or mention the commission without permission from the Commissioner.

Payment Process

  All prices listed are the base prices! The total price may increase as a result of additional fees.  Payments are done via Paypal invoicing. After you receive the invoice, you will have ten (10) days to pay the invoice unless we've negotiated an alternative date. If the payment is not paid in the allotted time, I will void the Commission.

Refunds

  Refunds are only available prior to me starting a Commission. After I start a Commission, refunds are not available, as the Commissioner will have opportunities to review and request changes.

  Standard commission options; making art of your character(s) for you based off of your idea! Can be OCs and/or pre-existing characters.

【Additional Character Fee】50% of base price per character, rounded up to the nearest dollar. Maximum of 3 per commission, for a total of 4 characters drawn.

【Variation Fee】25 USD per variation.

【Background Fee】Simple backgrounds are free. Complex backgrounds start at 25 USD, with the fee increasing with complexity.

【NSFW Fee】20% of the base price, rounded up to the nearest dollar.

【Non Disclosure Fee】25% of total price, rounded up to the nearest dollar. Artist cannot post or mention the commission without permission from the Commissioner.

【Expanded Usage Package】50% of total price, rounded up to the nearest dollar. Commissioner obtains Commercial and Exclusivity Rights to the artwork.

Custom Character Design Pricing

Designing a character based on your ideas, and helping you bring them to life!

  Custom Character Commissions are full-body and flat colored, and by default will have the character in underwear only. On request, the design can be made fully nude.

【NOTICE】Starting 2025/05/23, Custom Character Design Prices will be updated to include the Expanded Usage Package. Any Customer who has ordered a Custom Character Design Commission prior to 2025/05/19 is hereby given the rights granted in the Expanded Usage Package, and have had their expenses waived by the Artist.

【Alternate Forms】can range from 40% to 60% of the base price, rounded up to the nearest whole dollar, per form depending on factors including, but not limited to: anatomical complexity, similarity to the character's base design, and the complexity of the character's base design.  An alternate form is a variation of the character's design, such as a monstrous form for example. Alternate forms are most like to be exported as a separate reference.
